GALLERIA ON  
THE PARK
Galleria on the Park is the redevelopment of the Galleria 
Mall located at 1245 Dupont Street in Toronto’s west 
end. The new development will include seven buildings, 
the highest of which will rise to 154 metres and have 
48 floors. The site will include residential-affordable and 
market-rate rental units, as well as condos, commercial 
office and retail space, a community centre and parkland.

THE SPOKE
The Spoke will be a 23- and eight-storey building located 
on the west side of Symington Avenue south of Kingsley 
Avenue in Toronto’s Carlton Village. The building will feature 
affordable and market-rate residential rentals, as well as 
commercial retail units. The total number of units will be 
398 and the tallest part of the building will rise to  
76.5 metres.
