Tailored for the construction industry, the guide explains the importance of CSR and offers practical advice on how to prepare or enhance a CSR strategy. CCA NEWS CCA Appoints new President The Canadian Construction Association (CCA) has named Mary Van Buren, Vice-president of Marketing and IT at the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), as successor to departing President Michael Atkinson. At CREA, Van Buren led a team of 60 people with a mandate to grow the association’s premier services in double digits. She holds an MBA in International Business from McGill and a B.Com from the University of Ottawa, is bilingual and is a Certified Association Executive. “I am delighted to join the Canadian Construction Association as president and look forward to working with the CCA board, staff, association colleagues, members and stakeholders to advance the interests of the construction industry, a cornerstone of the Canadian economy,” she said.
