This awards ceremony and dinner recognizes the outstanding contributions of employers, journeypersons and instructors in the Manitoba apprenticeship and certification system and the skilled trades in general. Karasevich has been working in post-secondary education in Manitoba for more than 15 years, and has been with MITT since 2014. City of Winnipeg permit fees increasing for 2018 The City of Winnipeg’s department of Planning, Property and Development has informed WCA that an inflationary increase applying to all permit- related fees of 1.2 per cent will be kicking in on January 1, 2018.
