One final reflection I hope readers
will carry forward is that Indigenous
entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and
changemakers across Canada are
forging paths that previous generations
were often denied the opportunity to
pursue. Many are the first in their fami-
lies to enter business or higher educa-
tion, overcoming significant barriers
while creating lasting change for their
families, communities and Nations.
Organizations such as CCIB and the
Schulich School of Business play a
vital role in this progress by investing
in Indigenous potential and helping
transform ambitious dreams into reality.
The Indigenous changemakers, as well
as organizations advancing this move-
ment, deserve to be recognized and
celebrated. They are helping shape a
more prosperous and inclusive future
for Canada and are making history.
