Working in Indigenous Relations at Worley means putting people first 
and creating space for meaningful cultural exchange. What stands 
out is Worley’s willingness to approach Indigenous engagement 
with humility, listening and a genuine openness to evolve. It’s about 
moving beyond a checkbox approach and ensuring community 
voices guide the process. I take pride in helping to open doors for 
Indigenous employment while also supporting retention; because 
getting people in the door is only the first step. Making sure they feel 
valued, supported and able to thrive is where real impact happens.
