He is willing to go anywhere and do anything to be helpful and has been a great addition to our company.” Dave Coleman, RCABC instructor and Director of Education and Training, concurs, adding that LePage was an ideal student who was keen to learn the trade. “James often stayed behind in class to get extra support and training with areas he struggled with,” Coleman said. “Despite being older than many new apprentices, James has the ability to succeed in this trade because he wants to make it work. He has a good attitude and looks for opportunities to fill his day.” Due diligence, focus and hard work have brought LePage to the place he’s at today. Mistakes of the past have now been replaced with a willingness to learn and be something better. LePage said that he intends on staying in the trade in the future with hopes of one day arriving at his next destination – foreman.
