Elle Crane Vice President Global Alliance What is your industry background? I served on the CERC Board of Directors in 2015/16 and with the Canadian Advisory Group for CHPA (Corporate Housing Providers Association) from 2012 to 2017. As a veteran of temporary housing and the founder of a technology solution disrupting the administrative model in Canada’s relocation industry, I feel I can bring that considerable experience and value to the CERC Board. My own career is aligned with CERC’s strategic direction, in that I’ve built my career impacting the systems and processes that enable employers to move the right people effectively and efficiently. What do you hope to bring to the CERC Board of Directors? I’m particularly looking forward to helping with CERC’s ongoing research initia- tives, including the biannual Global Mobility Survey that is coming up again in 2019 to help drive both membership growth and retention. What are your priorities as a board member? I’ve been given a specific research initiative project in the Duty of Care Survey that is being conducted in conjunction with my industry association – CHPA (the Corporate Housing Providers Association). This assignment is well aligned with my current role, and I’m really looking forward to what I expect to be an exciting project for me. CERC BOARD OF DIRECTORS CERC recently elected four new members to sit on its board of directors. Once again, the depth of talent that stood for election was impressive, and CERC is exceedingly happy to welcome the following new faces to its team. Hollyanne Healey Manager, Relocation Services PCL Constructors Inc. What is your industry background? I have over 25 years of experience in the relocation world, from growing up in my family’s moving company on the East Coast, to joining one of Canada’s leading van lines in Toronto after college. I’ve worked throughout Canada in many positions, from operations to director of sales roles. While my husband and I were starting our family about 10 years ago – I’m a mother of two – we purchased an appraisal company where I worked as director of client relations. I joined PCL Construction in January 2013 as manager of relocation services, and I’m a long-time member of CERC. I currently sit on its Edmonton- based Western Region Committee. What do you hope to bring to the CERC Board of Directors? I hope to bring a diverse perspective to the board based on my experience as both a service and corporate CERC member. I believe we all share a “duty of care” to support one another within the relocation industry, and I look forward to the opportunity to learn from others, meet new people, and grow professionally from new experiences.   What are your priorities as a board member? I feel the success of CERC is built on culti- vating relationships and partnerships. One priority for me will be to support our members’ passion to learn, explore, and share innovative and new ways of doing things, while mentoring one another along the way. A key initiative for me will be mobilizing our talent globally, enhancing relocation experiences, and building a future with a stable and successful relocation association (CERC!) to support it.
