As a community, CERC can normalize these conversations, surface leading practices, and help members learn from one another in practical, meaningful ways. We are also seeing more early career professionals engaging in these conversations, bringing fresh perspectives and energy to a profession that continues to evolve. Their participation strengthens our collective dialogue and helps ensure mobility remains relevant, resilient and future focused. This year, you will see us continue to focus on connection and relevance – through targeted content, timely webinars, and oppor- tunities for deeper dialogue as member needs evolve. We are also exploring how partnerships with industry groups, educational institu- tions, and public sector stakeholders can amplify our collective impact and expand awareness of what professional mobility truly enables. None of this diminishes the human side of our work. If anything, it reinforces it. Behind every policy change, assignment decision, or relocation program is an employee and a family navigating change. As mobility professionals, we balance strategy with empathy every day. That perspective matters and it deserves a seat at the table. As chair, I am incredibly encouraged by the engagement and thought leadership of our board and members. The conversations we are having are thoughtful, forward looking, and grounded in real experi- ence. They remind me that while the environment may be complex, our path forward is clear: collaborate, adapt, and lead with purpose. Cette année, nous continuerons de miser sur la connexion et la pertinence – par du contenu ciblé, des webinaires au moment opportun et des occasions d’approfondir le dialogue. Nous explorons aussi des partenariats avec des groupes sectoriels, des établissements d’enseignement et des intervenantes et intervenants du secteur public pour amplifier notre impact collectif. Rien de tout cela n’éclipse la dimension humaine de notre travail. Au contraire. Derrière chaque modification de politique, chaque décision d’affectation, chaque programme de réinstallation se trou- vent une personne et une famille en transition. Les professionnelles et professionnels de la mobilité conjuguent stratégie et empathie au quotidien. Ce regard mérite sa place à la table des décisions. L’engagement et le leadership éclairé de notre conseil et de nos membres m’encouragent énormément. Nos conversations sont réflé- chies, tournées vers l’avenir et ancrées dans l’expérience concrète. Malgré la complexité de l’environnement, notre chemin est clair : collaborer, s’adapter et diriger avec conviction.
