10 l ROOFINGBC l WINTER 2018 6 COVER RCABC RINGS IT IN WITH STYLE 2018 marked the 60th Anniversary for the RCABC, and in December the Association took the opportunity to celebrate members and stake- holders on its Diamond Anniversary. The theme of the day was recognizing the contributions of past members and stakeholders and to celebrate and thank current members. This annual event, which begins with the election of the new board of Directors at the AGM, is followed by celebrating our members, students and industry stakeholders at the Awards Luncheon and culminates in the gala event, the Roofers Reindeer Rampage. The event moved to the J.W. Marriott Parq hotel in 2018, and saw record attendance with 480 Members and guests partying into the night. Guests were entertained by Canadian comedian Ron James and the Moon Coin Show Band. CELEBRATING
