Q:How have you seen the mindsets around safety evolve in the field?A:Safety is getting a lot more attention. Theres a growing awareness that its an integral part of our business. Gone are the days when it was a challenge to simply get workers to wear hard hats. Now, were seeing a lot more of the safety basics in place and treated as a normal part of work. Were also seeing more and more client-driven demands for safety, and thats driving a lot of contractors to improve their safety programs. Lastly, I would say the COR processes that have come into Ontario have been key in raising awareness.
