Matthews has 16 years of global mobility experience and is responsible for developing Aires’ regional sales. n The Government of Nunavut named Mayflower Canada’s Agent, J & N Moving in Iqaluit, their primary service provider for moving services in the Kitikmeot, Kivalliq and Qikiqtaaluk regions of the North. INDUSTRY NEWS New marketing manager for CERC CERC welcomed Susanna Shankman to its team as the associa- tion’s new manager of marketing and membership services. A skilled marketing professional with over 10 years of experience, Shankman has worked in a range of industries that include profes- sional services and software solutions. Most recently, she held a leading marketing position at a Toronto Bay Street law firm. Over the years Shankman has built up expertise in developing and driving marketing and communications plans; these include conference participation, event management, and digital campaigns. Shankman has taken over the CERC marketing position from Catherine O’Neill, who recently resigned after seven years of dedicated service to the association. CERC wishes Catherine well in her new endeavors. Key Relocation expands its dream team Key Relocation welcomed five new members to its staff to help with the company’s rapidly expanding operation. Guy Robil- lard, with extensive relocation experience in Ottawa, Montreal, Daharan, Dammam and Riyadh, came onboard as a key partner. Joining him was Serge Trudel, the company’s new VP of strategic partnerships. Both men worked for Bell Canada Enterprises for over three decades and both have extensive domestic and global relocation experience. In Trudel’s case, this includes in Riyadh, Oman and Germany. Taking on the role of director of sales and marketing is Eryk Polonski, whose 20 years of experience includes developing marketing campaigns for Sotheby’s and Royal Lepage Reloca- tion and Real Estate. Randy Darlin Diyoumah, the company’s new manager of international affairs, has relocation experi- ence that extends into Africa. Rounding off the new hires is Christina Thorpe as Key Relocation’s newest senior relocation consultant. Thorpe managed Global Mobility DSP Co. and her work included consulting with top-tier corporate accounts such as TD Bank, GE, Microsoft and Suncor. Matco buys I-Care Office Solutions Matco Moving Solutions acquired I-Care Office Solutions, based out of Edmonton, Alberta. The purchase adds to Matco’s growing commercial relocation business and provides better access to office systems installation and reconfiguration markets in Alberta, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories.
