There were more than 2,600 industry professionals in attendancea record for the annual luncheon. Comedian Gilson Lubin, master of ceremonies, kept the audience entertained with his insightful humour, while former Mississauga Mayor Hazel McCallion took to the stage to praise the hardworking men and women in the construction industry for their commitment to building a strong city.
