ONE DELISLE
One Delisle is located near Yonge and St. Clair in the heart 
of mid-town Toronto and its building will feature residential 
condos and commercial (office and retail) space. The building 
will have 44 floors, rise to 155 metres and have 371 units. It 
will be the first project in Canada by architect Jeanne Gang of 
Studio Gang.

THE STELLA
The Stella is located at 5207 Dundas West 
and includes a 30- and 26-storey mixed-use affordable and 
market-rate rental building on the southeast corner of Kipling 
Avenue and Dundas Street West in the centre of the Islington 
area of Toronto’s west end. It will have residential rental 
(affordable, market rate and townhouse) as well as retail 
space. The one building will have low-rise parts as well as 
two towers, the highest rising to almost 100 metres.
