It represents the interests of the construction industry within the Canadian Construction Association. Its not about any particular activity, but about the overall quality of the services that we provide that we continue to be very proud of.BD: What are the biggest challenges facing the industry?JM: There is a variety of challenges and areas where we want to support our members. One that we have our eye on is the way our members needs are evolving in response to the market. There is innovation that is becoming more prevalent as we try to do more with less. There are economic challenges in the forefront, with the possibility of a recession that may impact some of the sectors in our industry.There certainly is a shift in terms of where some of the industry has become hot and other parts of the industry that are cooling off. Its not a secret that government right now is focusing on affordable housing and the need for housing, but new construction for office space is slowing down, and some of our members need to adjust accordingly. We will be providing information,Trisura goes a education, support, advice and feedback to our membership as they deal with these shifting sands under our feet. step above BD: What is your projection for the nextfew years?JM: Im optimistic, particularly consideringTrust the experts at Trisura to what we have come out of and the challenges that our members have faced,find the right solutions for your both at a personal level and also at a professional level.
