We do, after all, have one of the highest vaccination rates in the western hemisphere. But we are not out of the woods, and COVID is without question a clear and present danger. Health Canada continues to report numbers that are off the charts and the real number of experience of new cases is five to eight times higher than the reported cases. Thats well over 100,000 new cases per day in Ontario alone which is certainly not how I expected to start the New Year. An extensive portfolio Worse still, our friends south of the Mason-Dixon of complex structural steeltopped a million reported cases per day onfabrication for Bridges,January 5, which puts the real number likely Institutional, Commercial between five and eight million new cases a day.and Industrial buildings Unlike most of my messages in the last several years, this one is not about imminent threats to the CHECK US OUT!prosperity of our sector. Just the opposite. I want merely to acknowledge my overwhelming respect for the work you do during a time of crisis and pledge our ongoing support in 2022.
