The 15 Point Indigenous Checklist will show them where they needCOMMUNITIES to start as it relates to this checklist. If they answer yes to 12 or more of the questions, they are ready to begin at the Certified Level; however, if they answer no to three more of the questions outlined in this checklist, it is recommended that they spend someWHERE WE BUILD BUILDINGS.time at the Committed level before applying to PAR certified. The PAR program is designed to help an organization build out good inclusion, engagement and dialogue process and practice. It helps participants create a tailored roadmap that will give them the framework and tools needed to track their efforts across the four drivers, creating more successful outcomes.The process begins with building that framework at the Committed level, after which the Bronze level is the result of building that framework with targets and action plans in place. Then the Silver level is all about implementation and results, while the Gold level is really the result of a successful implementation of this frame-work and process approach, which helps the organization do better work with Indigenous businesses and communities, with more consistency over a period of time.
