It has been a great year and I am honoured to be part of this organization. Our board of direc-tors is working toward providing great programs for our membership and looking into better ways for how we can reach out to our members province-wide. The members of our board include industry-leading enclosure consultants, architects, contractors, educators, government officials, manufacturers and suppliers. Participating in board discussions has been educational and very inspiring. It goes without saying that the continued success of BCBEC is a testament to the dedication and hard work of this outstanding group of volunteers.Our 2022 AGM and ConferenceBuilding Resilience for a Changing Climatewill take place on November 4th at JW Marriott Parq in Vancouver. The conference will be in person and we are looking forward to seeing our members and sponsors be part of this great event. Our AGM and Conference Planning Committee, chaired by Nichole Brackett, is putting together a great program that will explore the challenges that are being faced when designing, constructing and repairing buildings for better resiliency and energy performance.
