b'MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENTD ear Members and Supporters,Since we announced our rebrand from the Scaffold Industry Association of Canada (SIAC) to the Access Association of Canada (AAC) last year, the association has never been more engaged with its members and eager to continue growing our sector. In this edition of Access Canada, you will see the AACs Codes of Safe Practice, which are best practice guidelines intended to promote safety in our industry. The AAC has developed Codes of Safe Practice for suspended access, supported scaffolding, mobile elevated work platforms BY RICK MCKINLAY (MEWPs) and mast climbing work platforms, which you can see beginning on page 14. These resources and more are available for download on our website, accessassociation.ca.The AAC is also very pleased that, at our most recent annual general meeting, we elected a new Board of Directors for the 2024-2026 term.
