b'SUPPORTING ONTARIOS SAFE EMPLOYERS In November 2019, the Minister announced Supporting Ontarios Safe Employers (SOSE). This voluntary program is the first of its kind in Canada. It recognizes employers who successfully imple-ment and maintain an accredited Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) and meet CPO criteria for being good actors. The program encourages workplaces without an OHSMS to develop and implement one. An OHSMS supports organizations by providing a systematic approach to health and safety in their workplaces.
