b'GEORGIAN LAKE LITHIUMnature of their open-pit projects plays into that vision both now and into the future. As Suen explains: We endeavour to make the environmental footprint of our project smaller than that of other mining operations to minimize our environmental impact. Metallurgical studies on these near-surface, open-pittable resources suggest high spodumene recoveries at a coarse six-millimetre crushsize, which will make ouroperation exceptionally environmentally friendly.Imagine Lithium is also intent on using waste rock from its operations to develop the sites infrastructure. Plans include using the material to upgrade access roads to the site, which sits close to the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy 11). The inert nature of our ore and valuable waste rock that will be used for site infrastructure and upgrades will significantly reduce our future capital and operating costs,Suen says.A GROWING POTOngoing exploration at Imagine Lithiums Northern Ontario site has revealed plenty of potential beyond its Jackpot and Casino Royale endeavours. Based on soil sampling results from the 2024 field season, and follow-up geological mapping and additional soil sampling in the summer of 2025, Suen says odds are high that multiple near-surface spodumene pegmatite bodies will be discovered during the next drill campaign. She says, By using our understanding of the geology and structural controls on the pegmatite bodies at both Jackpot and Casino Royale, we can confidently extend the ore along strike, to depth and predict TSXV: CNC downhole target depths, minimizing drill footage. As for its near-term plans, the company says that growing existing resources and commencing baseline studies on the Jackpot deposit are set to bring it closer to production. UNLOCKING THE POTENTIAL Meanwhile, in addition to conducting environmental studies, Imagine Lithium is planning to conduct a OF THE TIMMINS NICKEL DISTRICT scoping study to help identify key permitting requirements, set approval benchmarks and establish a timeline for production. With the new one project one permit approvals process, we are 8 ONTARIO PROSPECTOR WINTER 2025/26'
