(TSXV: PDM) is a relatively young Canadian mineral exploration and development company, focused on discovering environmentally and socially conscious metals for green transportation. It targets district-scale, platinum-group element (PGE) copper-nickel deposits in Canada and Finland. Palladium Ones Tyko Project covers over 24,000 hectares in Northwestern Ontario, an area that boasts excellent infrastructure with road, power and rail close by in a region with a history of mining, including several past and current gold- and base metal-producingmines.Palladium One used to be known as Nickel One before Derrick Weyrauch, President and CEO, and Neil Pettigrew, Vice President of Exploration, came on board in 2019, reorganized the company and renamed it Palladium One, taking it in another direction and focusing on yield from a finished asset. Palladium was well over $2,000 an ounce, explains Pettigrew, so we raised funds and doubled the resource from about two million to over four million ounces of palladium equivalent. Unfortunately, we delivered that resource in spring last year, just as the market was rolling over with the war in Ukraine and the price came down, so there wasnt as much interest in the bulk tonnage of PGE at that time.
