This relationship has continued to pay dividends, in part because of our shared advocacy goals, but also because it allows us to understand what issues may be impacting our members downthe road. As well, we continue to modernize the association so that we can be prepared for issues that we anticipate will be forthcoming. The Women in Mechanical Construction initiative, developed to provide tools and resources for females in our industry, continues to create relevant and valuable resources for members across Canada.
