DEPRECIATION REPORT ANALYSIS RESULTS The following results are with respect to special levies, which focus more on the physical attributes of a property (independent on ownership culture and strata council decision-making). Observation: With respect to special levies, buy a high- rise, and/or those less than 10 years old, and/or those with as many units as possible. However, owners in these types of properties do not necessarily contribute as much as owners in other types of properties, as can be seen in the following CRF contribution portion of this study.
