Use An RCABC MemberBE: What is the greatest challenge that you face in your line of work? Its Chaos Without UsJS:It's an ever-evolving field where there are ongoing new requirements, specifi-cally related to energy and energy use performance. I wouldn't necessarily call that in and of itself the greatest challenge. I would say it's, in some ways, dealing with complex issues in construction. Different stakeholders have different perspectives on what is an acceptable solution. I'd say having everybody land on the same page is one of the most chal-lenging aspects because everybody has their own criteria for success, which may be different from other people's defini-tions. I think that as we go through life, there can be a tendency to think that we're going through issues, problems or challenges for the first time, and it's unlikely that that's the case.Never stop questioning and never stop asking why and proving yourself. Whatever the question is, there are always things to learn. Actively seeking out answers to questions [is] absolutely a fundamental skill.
