This centre for youth is designed as an alternative to the streets where they can find support, cope with problems and lead healthy lifestyles. Their moto is, Respect yourself. Respect others.Don Marks, Executive Director of Rooftop Rescue, forwarded the proposal to the foundations Board for consideration. He knew they would support it. Many of our most recent projects have been related to helping youth, he stated. It seems like helping children-related organizations has become an unofficial theme for RR projects.Rauth told RR that STAG had acquired a former Catholic grade school building a few years back. The roof was in pretty rough shape and had deteriorated to the point that leaks had rendered some of the program rooms in the building inaccessible.
